Mr Koizumi Clean & Clear

Mr Koizumi Clean & Clear contains a unique composition of bacteria designed to be used in both pond and pond filter to improve water clarity and health.

Regularly adding these bacteria to the pond filter increases biological action, removing pollutants like ammonia and nitrite.

Regularly adding Clean & Clear to the pond water makes the water clearer, reduces sludge and organic materials, and keeps the water algae-free.

How to use Mr Koizumi Clean & Clear:

Spread the bacteria over biological filter materials such as lava rocks, substrates, Japanese matting and other biomasses.

Turn off UV and Ozones for 24 Hours after adding the bacteria.

These bacterias develop best at temperatures above 14°C.

Pond Filter Dosage:

Add 50 ml per 1000 Litres to the filter at startup or after every clean.

Pond Dosage:

Add 25 ml per 1000 Litres over the pond surface every 2 – 4 weeks.

Using Clean & Clear at a higher frequency or dosage is recommended after medication use, after spawning, with ammonia or nitrite issues or with green pond water.

A higher bacteria dosage is harmless and can increase the products effectiveness.
